The white organic light-emitting element includes: a transparent electrode and a reflection electrode which are placed opposite each other; a first stack including a first light-emitting layer; and a second stack including a first charge generation layer and a second light-emitting layer. 본 발명은 탠덤형 백색 유기 발광 소자의 발광층의 특성을 달리하여 색재현율을 개선시킨 백색 유기 발광 소자 및 이를 이용한 유기 발광 표시 장치에 관한 것이다.
