Summary: | Disclosed in the present specification is a composition for treating skin damage caused by fine dust, containing, as an active ingredient, green tea-derived lactic acid bacteria, a lysate thereof, a culture thereof or an extract thereof, and adjusting, to a normal level, an expression level of at least one selected from the group consisting of keratin 1(KRT 1), claudin 1 (CLDN 1), claudin 4 (CLDN 4), and occludin (OCLN), which are genes in skin cells whose expression levels are affected by fine dust. By using the composition according to the present invention, gene expression levels changed by fine dust can return to a normal level such that skin cell damage can be treated.
본 명세서에는 녹차 유래 유산균, 그 파쇄물, 그 배양물, 또는 그 추출물을 유효성분으로 포함하는 조성물로서, 미세먼지에 의해 발현량이 영향을 받는 피부 세포 내 유전자인 케라틴 1(KRT 1), 클라우딘 1(CLDN 1), 클라우딘 4(CLDN 4), 및 오클루딘(OCLN)으로 이루어진 군에서 선택되는 하나 이상의 발현량을 정상 수준으로 조절하는 미세먼지에 의한 피부 손상 케어용 조성물이 개시된다. 본 발명에 의한 조성물을 이용함으로써, 미세먼지에 의해 변화되는 유전자 발현량을 정상 수준으로 되돌려 피부 세포의 손상을 케어할 수 있다. |
