Summary:According to an embodiment of the present invention, a screw pump can comprise: a housing member having an inlet part into which a fluid is introduced and an outlet part from which the fluid is discharged; a screw member disposed in the housing member, sealing a portion between the inlet part and the outlet part, and moving the fluid from the inlet part to the outlet part; and a filling member connected to the housing member via a filling pipe, and supplying a sealing fluid to the housing member by adjusting opening and closing of the filling pipe by means of a solenoid valve disposed in the filling pipe. 본 발명의 일 실시예에 따른 스크류 펌프는 유체가 유입되는 입구부와 유체가 유출되는 출구부가 구비된 하우징부재, 상기 하우징부재의 내부에 구비되며, 상기 입구부와 출구부 사이를 실링하면서, 상기 유체를 상기 입구부에서 상기 출구부로 이동시키는 스크류부재 및 상기 하우징부재와 필링관으로 연결되며, 상기 필링관에 구비되는 솔레노이드 밸브로 개폐를 조정하여, 상기 하우징부재로 실링 유체를 공급하는 필링부재를 포함할 수 있다.
