Summary:The present invention relates to a two-stage sequential enzyme-treated extract of vegetable material, a functional cosmetic composition including the same, and a preparing method thereof. The preparing method of the present invention comprises the steps of: extracting hot water; sequentially treating carbohydrase and protease in two stages; inactivating an enzyme; filtering an enzyme-treated extract; and obtaining a filtrate.
