Summary:A method for synthesizing an image around a vehicle is provided. According to an embodiment of the present invention, the method for synthesizing an image around a vehicle comprises the following steps: selecting an object of interest in a rear image; adjusting a view region of the rear image based on the object of interest; and reflecting a synthesizing reference line according to the view region so as to synthesize the rear image, a left image, and a right image. 차량 주변 영상 합성 방법이 제공된다. 본 발명의 일 실시예에 따른 차량 주변 영상 합성 방법은 상기 후방 영상에서 관심 객체를 선정하는 단계와, 상기 관심 객체를 기준으로 상기 후방 영상의 뷰 영역을 조정하는 단계와, 상기 뷰 영역에 따른 합성 기준선을 반영하여 상기 좌측 영상, 상기 후방 영상 및 상기 우측 영상을 합성 하는 단계를 포함한다.
