Summary: | An objective of the present invention is to provide an electrode design shape of an optoelectronic device. The optoelectronic device comprises: a first semiconductor layer having at least four boundaries, a first surface, and a second surface corresponding to the first surface and allowing arbitrary adjacent boundaries to form a corner; a second semiconductor layer formed on the first surface of the first semiconductor layer; a second electrical electrode formed on the second semiconductor layer; and at least two first electrical electrodes formed on the first surface of the first semiconductor layer. The first electrical electrodes are separated from each other to form a design shape.
