Summary:An objective of the present invention is to provide a system for direct injection of cutting oil without scattering and a machine tool which can inject a coolant from a position closed to a machining portion, and supply a coolant to a desired position without having to include an oil supply hole in a tool. The system (1) for direct injection of cutting oil without scattering comprises: a shank unit (2A) gripped on a main shaft (S); a tool attaching unit (2B) having an insertion port (4) into which a tool (T) is inserted on a front end surface (5) thereof; a cover (20) having a cylindrical wall (22) covering the outer circumference of the tool attaching unit (2B), and the bottom surface (24) covering the front end surface (5) of the tool attaching unit (2B); a bearing (30) arranged between the cylindrical wall (22) of the cover (20) and the tool attaching unit (2B); and a stopper (40) to prevent simultaneous rotation of the cover (20) by the tool attaching unit (2B). A through hole (21) penetrated by the tool (T) and an outlet (23) arranged around the through hole (21) to inject a coolant towards the tool (T) are arranged on the bottom surface (24) of the cover (20). 가공 부분에 가까운 위치로부터의 쿨런트의 분사를 가능하게 하는 동시에, 공구 내부에 급유홀을 마련할 필요가 없이 쿨런트를 원하는 위치에 공급할 수 있는 무비산 절삭유 직분사 시스템 및 공작 기계를 제공하는 것을 목적으로 한다. 무비산 절삭유 직분사 시스템(1)는, 주축(S)에 파지되는 섕크부(2A)와, 공구(T)가 삽입되는 삽입구(4)를 선단면(5)에 가지는 공구 부착부(2B)와, 공구 부착부(2B)의 외주를 덮는 통형상 벽(22) 및 공구 부착부(2B)의 선단면(5)을 덮는 저면(24)을 가지는 커버(20)와, 커버(20)의 통형상 벽(22)과 공구 부착부(2B) 사이에 마련된 베어링(30)과, 공구 부착부(2B)에 따른 커버(20)의 동시회전을 방지하는 스토퍼(40)를 구비한다. 커버(20)의 저면(24)에는, 공구(T)가 관통하는 관통구멍(21)과, 상기 관통구멍(21)의 주위에 배치되어, 공구(T)를 향해 쿨런트를 분사하는 분출구(23)가 마련되어 있다.
