Summary:The present invention relates to a method for malfunction prevention of an Internet of things (IoT) device comprising the steps of: a) searching a control device in an IoT device to which power is supplied; b) when the control device is searched, performing a basic operation by calling an existing set value after pairing; c) and when the control device is not searched in the step a), performing the basic operation by calling the existing set value set by a manufacturer of the IoT device. 본 발명은 사물인터넷 기기의 오동작 방지 방법에 관한 것으로, a) 전원이 공급된 사물인터넷 기기에서 제어 기기를 검색하는 단계와, b) 제어 기기가 검색되면 페어링 후, 기존 설정값을 호출하여 기본동작을 수행하는 단계와, c) 상기 a) 단계에서 제어 기기가 검색되지 않은 경우, 상기 사물인터넷 기기의 제조사에서 설정한 기본 설정값을 호출하여 기본동작을 수행하는 단계를 포함한다.
