Summary:The present technique relates to an electronic device. According to the present technique, a memory controller controlling a memory device to perform a stable sensing operation comprises: a processor unit transferring a cache read command to a memory device and transmitting a status read command to the memory device; and a cache read control unit outputting a data output command to the memory device according to a sensing interval code included in a state read response transmitted by the memory device in response to the state read command. 본 기술은 전자 장치에 관한 것으로, 본 기술에 따른 안정적인 센싱 동작을 수행하도록 메모리 장치를 제어하는 메모리 컨트롤러는, 메모리 장치로 캐시 리드 커맨드를 전송한 뒤, 상기 메모리 장치로 상태 읽기 커맨드를 전송하는 프로세서부, 상기 상태 읽기 커맨드에 대한 응답으로 상기 메모리 장치가 전송한 상태 읽기 응답에 포함된 센싱 구간 코드에 따라 상기 메모리 장치로 데이터 출력 커맨드를 출력하는 캐시 리드 제어부를 포함한다.
