Disclosed are a system and a method for correcting a scattering line of a single radiographic image. According to an embodiment of the present invention, the system for correcting a scattering line of a single radiographic image comprises: a radiographic image photographing device generating X-rays for radiography and generating a radiographic image based on information on the X-rays passing through an object; and a scattering correction device receiving the radiographic image, generating a scattering line distribution image by extracting characteristics of a scattering line based on frequency characteristics of the scattering line from the radiographic image and outline information of the radiographic image and generating a scattering line correction image in which a scattering component is corrected by removing the scattering line distribution image from the radiographic image. 단일 방사선 영상의 산란선 교정 시스템 및 방법이 개시되고, 본원의 일 실시예에 따른 단일 방사선 영상의 산란선 교정 시스템은 방사선 촬영을 위한 X선을 발생시키고, 피사체를 통과한 X선 정보에 기초하여 방사선 영상을 생성하는 방사선 영상 촬영 장치 및 상기 방사선 영상을 수신하고, 상기 방사선 영상으로부터 산란선의 주파수 특성과 상기 방사선 영상의 윤곽선 정보에 기초하여 산란선의 특성을 추출하여 산란선 분포 영상을 생성하고, 상기 방사선 영상으로부터 상기 산란선 분포 영상을 제거하여 산란성 성분이 교정된 산란선 보정영상을 생성하는 산란선 교정 장치를 포함할 수 있다.
