The method for manufacturing a fabric comprising raw cotton byproducts comprises: a raw material preparation step of preparing a raw material comprising 30-60 parts by weight of cotton linters, 5-30 parts by weight of noil, and 30-50 parts by weight of general fibers (long fibers or SF); a spinning step; a weaving or knitting step; and a pretreatment of introducing only a scouring agent to perform pretreatment. 본 발명은 원면 부산물을 포함하는 원단의 제조방법에 있어서, 전체 중량에 대하여 낙면 30 내지 60중량부, 노일 5 내지 30 중량부, 일반섬유(장섬유 또는 SF)가 30 내지 50중량부를 포함하는 원재료준비단계; 방적단계; 제직 또는 편직단계; 및 정련제만을 투입하여 전처리하는 단계을 포함하는 원면 부산물을 포함하는 원단의 제조방법을 제공한다.
