Summary: | An objective of the present invention is to provide a low pressure mercury lamp in which amalgam in a light emission tube is stably fixed at a predetermined place and the ultraviolet intensity is maintained at a high level, and a manufacturing method thereof. According to the present invention, the manufacturing method of the low pressure mercury lamp includes a method for fixing amalgam. The method for fixing the amalgam may insert an electrode mount having a metallic pressing member into a light emission tube, determine a position of the metallic pressing member in the vicinity of a concave portion formed on an inner surface of the light emission tube, perform pinch sealing on the end of the light emission tube, enclose the amalgam in the light emission tube through an exhaust tube, exhaust the light emission, and fix the amalgam to the concave portion of the light emission tube with respect to the metallic pressing member and the concave portion formed on the light emission tube.
본원 발명은 발광관 내의 아말감을 소정 장소에 안정적으로 고정하고, 자외선 강도를 높게 유지한 저압 수은 램프 및 그 제조 방법을 제공하는 것을 목적으로 한다. 본 발명에 따른 저압 수은 램프의 제조 방법은, 금속제 누름 부재를 가지는 전극 마운트를 발광관 내에 삽입하고, 상기 금속제 누름 부재를, 상기 발광관의 내면에 형성된 오목부 근방에 위치 결정하며, 상기 발광관의 단부를 핀치 밀봉하고, 상기 발광관 내에 배기관을 경유하여 아말감을 봉입하며, 상기 발광관을 배기하고, 상기 아말감을, 상기 금속제 누름 부재와 상기 발광관에 형성된 오목부에 대하여 가열 용착하여 상기 발광관의 오목부에 고정하는, 아말감의 고정 방법을 포함하고 있다. |
