The present invention relates to a towel management device which stores and keeps a towel, and heats and dries the stored and kept towel. According to the present invention, a towel management device has a structure in which heated air flows in a first stay space formed in a heat transmission plate, and the heat transmission plate is heated for a fiber product such as a towel or the like coming in contact with the heat transmission plate to be heated through heat conduction. Moreover, the heated air discharged through small through holes of the heat transmission plate passes through the fiber product such as a towel or the like to be discharged, or flows around the fiber product such as a towel or the like to heat a product to be dried through convection. According to the present invention, the towel management device can quickly heat and dry the whole object to be dried. 본 발명은 수건을 수납 보관하며, 수납 보관된 수건을 가열 건조하는 수건 관리 장치에 관한 것이다. 본 발명에 따른 수건 관리 장치는 가열된 공기가 열전달 플레이트의 내부에 형성되는 제1체류공간에서 유동하며, 열전달 플레이트를 가열함으로써 열전달 플레이트에 접촉된 수건 등의 섬유 제품이 열전도를 통해서 가열될 수 있도록 하고, 열전달 플레이트의 소통공을 통해서 배출되는 가열된 공기가 수건 등의 섬유제품을 통과하며 배출되거나, 수건 등의 섬유 제품의 주변을 유동하도록 함으로써 건조 대상 제품에 대류를 통한 가열이 이루어질 수 있도록 하는 구조를 제공한다. 이러한 본 발명에 따른 수건 관리 장치는 건조 대상물 전체를 신속하게 가열하고 건조시킬 수 있는 효과를 가져온다.
