Summary: | The present invention relates to an Fe-based nano crystal grain alloy and an electronic component using the same. According to an embodiment of the present invention, the Fe-based nano crystal grain alloy is expressed by the formula (Fe(1-a)M1a)100-b-c-d-e-f-gM2bBcPdCueM3g. Here, M1 is one or more elements among Co and Ni. M2 is one or more elements selected from a group of Nb, Mo, Zr, Ta, W, Hf, Ti, V, Cr, and Mn. M3 is one or more elements selected from a group of C, Si, Al, Ga, and Ge. According to the present invention, a, b, c, d, e, and g, respectively, have content conditions that are expressed by 0<=a<=0.5, 2<=b<=3, 9<=c<=11, 1<=d<=2, 0.6<=e<=1.5, 9<=g<=11 based on an atomic percent. The present invention aims to provide the Fe-based nano crystal grain alloy and the electronic component using the same, which have a high saturated magnetic flux density and a lower loss.
본 발명은 일 실시 형태는 (FeM)MBPCuM의 조성식으로 표현되되, 여기서, M은 Co 및 Ni 중 적어도 하나의 원소, M는 Nb, Mo, Zr, Ta, W, Hf, Ti, V, Cr 및 Mn으로 구성되는 군에서 선택된 적어도 하나의 원소, M는 C, Si, Al, Ga 및 Ge으로 구성되는 군에서 선택된 적어도 하나의 원소이며, a b, c, d, e, g는 원자%를 기준으로 각각 0≤a≤0.5, 2≤b≤3, 9≤c≤11, 1≤d≤2, 0.6≤e≤1.5, 9≤g≤11인 함량 조건을 갖는 Fe계 나노결정립 합금을 제공한다. |
