The present invention relates to an overhead transmission system comprising an overhead transmission line and to a construction method thereof, and specifically, to an overhead transmission system which can realize sufficient flex-resistance and low-ductility characteristics of an overhead transmission line, can suppress the corrosion of a conductor line disposed around a central joist line of the overhead transmission line, and can reduce a total resistance of the overhead transmission line, thereby increasing an amount of power transmission; and to a construction method of the overhead transmission system. 본 발명은 가공송전선을 포함하는 가공송전시스템 및 이의 시공방법에 관한 것이다. 구체적으로, 본 발명은 가공송전선의 충분한 내굴곡성 및 저이도 특성을 구현할 수 있고, 가공송전선의 중심인장선 둘레에 배치되는 도체선의 부식을 억제할 수 있으며, 가공송전선의 전체 저항을 저감시켜 송전량을 향상시킬 수 있는 가공송전시스템 및 이의 시공방법에 관한 것이다.
