The present invention relates to a building part device including a traditional pattern type decoration unit. The traditional pattern type decoration unit additionally manufactured in various kinds of the building part devices such as a handle of a front door and a locking device of a toilet door used by being installed in a building is integrally connected and installed with the building part device. Or, a traditional pattern outer frame forming unit is integrally formed on the outer surface of a support unit or a device main body forming the building part device so the traditional pattern type decoration unit is formed. According to the present invention, the building part device has a sense of beauty and the beautiful appearance of devices. Moreover, the building part device appeals, recognizes, and advertises properties of a place or an area where the building belongs to users. The building part device can variously change the traditional pattern type decoration unit and the traditional pattern outer frame forming unit in accordance with the appearance of the support unit or the device main body forming the building part device and also can variously form a pattern, a figure, and a letter formed in the traditional pattern outer frame forming unit. 본 발명은, 건축물에 설치되어 사용되는 현관문 손잡이 및 화장실문 잠금장치와 같은 각종 건축물부속장치에 별도로 제조된 전통문양형 장식구를 건축물부속장치와 함께 일체형으로 결합하여 설치하거나 또는 건축물부속장치를 형성하는 장치 본체 또는 지지구의 외면에 전통문양외테형성부를 일체로 형성하여서 된 전통문양형 장식구가 구비된 건축물부속장치이다. 본 발명은, 장치들의 외관을 미려하게 하고 미감을 갖도록 하며, 사용자들에게는 건물이 속하는 지역 또는 장소의 특성을 어필하고 인식 및 광고할 수 있으며, 전통문양형 장식구 및 전통문양외테형성부는 건축물부속장치를 형성하는 장치 본체 또는 지지구의 외형에 따라 다양하게 변화시킬 수 있을 뿐만아니라 전통문양외테형성부에 형성되는 문양도 도형, 문자 등 다양하게 형성할 수 있다.
