Summary:According to embodiments of the present invention, an apparatus for recognizing an artificial landmark provides an artificial landmark which is not visible to the eyes of a user but is recognized by the apparatus for recognizing an artificial landmark. More specifically, the present invention provides the apparatus for recognizing an artificial landmark capable of identifying an artificial landmark by analyzing scanned points during a process of scanning the vicinity without a separate camera for recognizing the artificial landmark, and a moving object. The apparatus for recognizing the artificial landmark includes an optical transceiver, a distance measurer, and an artificial landmark detector. 본 실시예들은 사용자의 육안으로 보이지 않지만 인공표식을 인식하는 장치는 인식할 수 있는 인공표식을 제공하고, 그 인공표식을 인식하기 위한 별도의 카메라를 구비할 필요없이 주변을 스캐닝하는 과정에서 스캐닝한 지점들을 분석하여 인공표식을 식별할 수 있는 인공표식 인식 장치 및 이동체를 제공한다.
