Summary: | The present invention relates to a selective preparation method of di-styrenated phenol. In the selective preparation method of the present invention, a phenol compound represented by chemical formula 2 and a styrene monomer are reacted in the presence of a solid acid catalyst with sulfate ions loaded on a mixed metal oxide, wherein the solid acid catalyst is prepared by impregnating a mixed metal oxide in an aqueous sulfuric acid solution, wherein the mixed metal oxide is a mixture of titanium dioxide and zirconium oxide and represented by chemical formula 1. In the chemical formulas 1 and 2, R_1 and R_2 are each independently selected from hydrogen, an alkyl group having 1-20 carbon atoms, an alkoxy group having 1-20 carbon atoms, a cycloalkyl group having 3-30 carbon atoms, and an aryl group having 6-30 carbon atoms.
