Summary:A system and a method to increase capacity and efficiency of a natural gas liquefaction process with a mixed refrigerant pre-cooling system having multiple pressures comprise: a step of cooling compressed mixed refrigerant stream; and a step of separating the cooled mixed refrigerant stream into a vapor portion and a liquid portion, wherein the liquid portion supplies refrigeration duty to a first pre-cooling heat exchanger and the vapor portion is additionally compressed, cooled, condensed, and used to supply the refrigeration duty to a second pre-cooling heat exchanger. Flash gas separated from the liquefied natural gas is warmed and combined with natural gas supply stream. 다중 압력을 갖는 혼합된 냉매 사전 냉각 시스템을 갖는 천연 가스 액화 공정의 용량 및 효율을 증가시키기 위해 기재된 시스템 및 방법은 압축된 혼합된 냉매 스트림을 냉각하는 것과, 냉각된 혼합된 냉매 스트림을 증기 및 액체 부분으로 분리하는 것을 포함한다. 액체 부분은 냉동 듀티를 제 1 사전 냉각 열교환기에 제공한다. 증기 부분은 냉동 듀티를 제 2 사전 냉각 열교환기에 제공하기 위해 추가로 압축되고, 냉각되고, 응축되고, 사용된다. 액화된 천연 가스로부터 분리된 플래시 가스는 따뜻해지고, 천연 가스 공급 스트림과 조합된다.
