Summary:The present invention provides a vehicle undercover. The vehicle undercover comprises: a sound absorbing layer comprising a polymer resin impregnated with glass fibers; a porous polymer layer formed under the sound-absorbing layer; and a porous film layer formed on the sound absorbing layer, wherein the porous polymer layer comprises: polycarbonate; polymers of polycarbonate and acrylonitrile-butadiene-styrene rubber; a first resin selected from a group consisting of polymers of polycarbonate and polybutylene terephthalate; and a second resin of maleic anhydride modified polyethylene.
