Summary: | Embodiments of the present invention provide a distance measurement apparatus capable of improving time resolution, a time-to-digital converter, and a moving object. According to embodiments of the present invention, the distance measurement apparatus comprises: a light transceiver outputting light to an object by a start control signal and receiving the low frequency reflected from the object to convert the received light into an electric signal; a signal discriminator to generate a stop control signal; and a distance measurer calculating a flight time based on the start control signal and the stop control signal to measure a distance.
