Summary: | The present invention relates to a vehicle and a controlling method thereof, wherein the vehicle comprises: a vehicle sensor for detecting a vehicle and surroundings of the vehicle; a GPS receiver for grasping a position of the vehicle; a navigation system for providing guide information; and a control unit for collecting traffic information and vehicle state information from the vehicle sensor, the GPS receiver, and the navigation system, determining reliability of the traffic information based on the collected vehicle state information, and determining whether the collected traffic information is transmitted in accordance with the determined reliability of the traffic information.
