Summary:The present invention relates to a linear flexible electrode plasma generator which can cool and can control the temperature. Furthermore, since the plasma generator can control the temperature of an electrode itself in a plasma discharging situation, the power can be more effectively controlled and the surface temperature of the electrode can be reduced in discharging plasma, thereby utilizing the plasma generator for sterilization, decontamination, medical treatment, beauty treatment, etc. To this end, the plasma generator comprises a central electrode, a flexible dielectric, and one or more external electrodes. 본 발명은 냉각이 가능하고 온도 제어가 가능한 선형 유연전극 플라즈마 발생장치에 관한것으로, 플라즈마가 방전되는 상황에서 전극 자체의 온도를 제어할 수 있어 보다 효율적인 전력제어가 가능하고, 플라즈마 방전시 전극의 표면온도를 낮출수 있어, 살균/제독/치료/미용 등을 목적으로 활용이 가능하다.
