According to one embodiment, a display device comprises: a substrate including a display region and a peripheral region around the display region; a display member located in the display region; a dam located in the peripheral region; a thin film encapsulation layer covering the dam and the display member; a touch sensor located on the thin film encapsulation layer; and a first insulating film located between the thin film encapsulation layer and the touch sensor, and having a first region and a second region.
