Summary: | The present invention relates to a reactive polyurethane resin capable of improving workability by preventing non-slip, and a production method thereof. The reactive polyurethane resin according to one embodiment of the present invention is a hot-melt resin composition for preventing non-slip and comprises: 3 to 7 wt% of reactive silicone diol; 20 to 40 wt% of crystalline polyester polyol; 20 to 40 wt% of polycaprolactone-diol; equal to or less than 30 wt% (excluding 0%) of polyether polyol; and 15 to 30 wt% of isocyanate. The viscosity of the resin is 15,000 to 25,000 cps (at 100°C) and an NCO value is 2.0 to 2.9%.
본 발명은 논슬립을 방지하여 가공성을 향상시킬 수 있는 반응성 폴리우레탄 수지 및 그 제조방법에 관한 것으로서, 본 발명의 일 실시형태에 따른 반응성 폴리우레탄 수지는 논슬립(non-slip) 방지용 핫멜트 수지 조성물에 있어서, 반응성 실리콘 디올 3 ~ 7 중량%; 결정성 폴리에스테르 폴리올 20 ~ 40 중량%; 폴리카프로락톤올 20 ~ 40 중량%; 폴리에테르 폴리올 30 중량% 이하(0% 제외) 및 이소시아네이트 15 ~ 30 중량%를 포함하고, 점도는 15,000 ~ 25,000 cps(at 100℃)이며, NCO값은 2.0 ~ 2.9%인 것을 특징으로 한다. |
