Disclosed is a system for selectively killing circulating tumor cells. In particular, the system comprises: a centrifugation unit; a storage syringe configured to store blood suspected of containing white blood cells and cancer cells separated by the centrifugation unit; a transfer unit configured to transfer the storage syringe while having the storage syringe mounted thereon; a pressing unit installed on the transfer unit to press the storage syringe, thereby spraying the blood suspected of containing white blood cells and cancer cells; a blood spreading plate unit on which the blood suspected of containing white blood cells and cancer cells is spread by the pressing unit; a laser irradiation unit configured to photograph, by using a camera, the blood suspected of containing white blood cells and cancer cells and filmed by the blood spreading plate unit, and to sense the presence of cancer cells, and when the cancer cells are sensed, irradiate a laser killing the cancer cells; and a control unit configured to determine operations of the laser irradiation unit, the irradiation of laser, and the presence of cancer cells. 순환암세포를 선택적으로 사멸시키는 시스템이 소개된다. 이를 위해 본 발명은 원심분리부; 상기 원심분리부에 의해 분리된 백혈구 및 암세포가 포함될 수 있는 혈액이 저장되는 저장용주사기; 상기 저장용주사기를 안착시킨 채 이동시키는 이동부; 상기 이동부에 설치되어 상기 저장용주사기를 가압하여 상기 백혈구 및 암세포가 포함될 수 있는 혈액을 분사시키는 가압부; 상기 가압부에 의해 상기 백혈구 및 암세포가 포함될 수 있는 혈액이 스프레딩되는 혈액스프레딩플레이트부; 상기 혈액스프레딩플레이트부에 의해 도말된 상기 백혈구 및 암세포가 포함될 수 있는 혈액을 카메라로 촬상한 뒤 암세포 유무를 센싱하고 암세포가 센싱된 경우 암세포를 사멸하는 레이저를 조사하는 레이저조사부; 및 상기 레이저조사부의 작동과 레이저의 조사 유무 및 암세포 유무를 판단하는 제어부; 를 포함한다.
