The present invention relates to a vertical protective net installing device, which is possible to simply apply tension to a protective net during installation, and applies constant tension to the protective net after installation, thereby preventing loosening even if the protective net is deformed. The vertical protective net installing device includes: a protective net provided with a coupling ring on an outer edge; and a coupling means coupled to the coupling ring of the protective net and fixed to a wall having an opening portion of a building, wherein a tension applying means is installed on the coupling means and applies tension. 본 발명은 설치시에 간단히 추락 방망에 텐션을 줄 수 있고, 설치 후에도 추락 방망에 지속적인 텐션을 부여하여 추락 방망의 변형이 있더라도 느슨해지는 일이 없도록 한 수직형 추락 방망 설치구에 관한 것으로, 결속고리가 외연에 구비되는 추락 방망 및 상기 추락 방망의 결속고리에 결합되고 건축물의 개방부가 구비된 벽체에 고정되는 결합수단을 포함하여 구성되며, 상기 결합수단에 설치되는 텐션을 부여하는 텐션 부여 수단이 구비되는 것을 특징으로 한다.
