The present invention relates to an electronic device for receiving power from a multi-layered substrate which can reduce noise generated from a display and noise introduced in the display. According to the present invention, the electronic device includes: a housing having a first surface, a second surface opposing the first surface, and side members for surrounding spaces between the first surface and the second surface; a display panel disposed on at least a portion of the housing; a substrate connected electrically with at least a portion of one end of the display panel and having a first layer, a second layer, and one or more inner layers formed between the first layer and the second layer; a display driving circuit connected electrically with the display panel and the substrate; and a power regulator connected electrically with the display driving circuit through the substrate to supply power to the display driving circuit through the one or more inner layers so that the display driving circuit produces a gray scale voltage.
