Summary:The present invention relates to a wireless charging module which comprises: a shielding unit; a coil arranged on the shielding unit; and a heat radiating unit arranged on the coil. The heat radiating unit includes a heat conductive sheet or a heat conductive strip. According to the present invention, the wireless charging module arranges the heat radiating unit arranged to be adjacent to the coil, thereby not deteriorating charging efficiency while improving heat radiating performance. In addition, the performance of the shielding unit can be prevented from being deteriorated due to heat, and a battery can be protected by preventing the heat from being transferred to the battery. 본 발명은 무선 충전 모듈에 관한 것으로서, 차폐 유닛; 상기 차폐 유닛 상에 배치된 코일; 및 상기 코일 상에 배치된 방열 유닛을 포함하고, 상기 방열 유닛은 열전도 시트 또는 열전도 스트립을 포함한다. 이러한 본 발명에 따른 무선 충전 모듈은 코일과 인접하게 배치된 방열 유닛을 배치함으로써 방열 성능을 향상시키면서도, 충전 효율이 저하되지 않을 수 있다. 또한, 열에 의한 차폐 유닛의 성능 저하를 방지할 수 있으며, 배터리로 열이 전달되는 것을 방지하여 배터리를 보호할 수 있다.
