According to the present invention, disclosed is a surveillance camera which comprises: a housing having a light transmitting window; a shaft arranged to pass through the housing; and a wiper unit coupled to the shaft and cleaning the light transmitting window. The wiper unit includes: a blade which cleans the light transmitting window; a blade housing to which the blade is coupled; a fixation unit which is coupled to the shaft and connected to be able to rotate one end of the blade housing; a connection bracket which is arranged to be separated from a part to which the fixation unit and the blade housing are connected in a lengthwise direction of the blade, and connected to the blade housing; and a connection member which connects the connection bracket and the fixation unit. 본 발명은 감시 카메라를 개시한다. 본 발명은, 투과창이 구비된 하우징과, 상기 하우징을 관통하도록 배치되는 샤프트와, 상기 샤프트에 결합하며, 상기 투과창을 청소하는 와이퍼부를 포함하고, 상기 와이퍼부는, 상기 투과창을 청소하는 블레이드와, 상기 블레이드가 결합하는 블레이드하우징과, 상기 샤프트와 결합하며, 상기 블레이드하우징의 일단이 회동 가능하게 연결되는 고정부와, 상기 블레이드의 길이 방향으로 상기 고정부와 상기 블레이드하우징이 연결되는 부분으로부터 이격되도록 배치되며, 상기 블레이드하우징과 연결되는 연결브라켓과, 상기 연결브라켓과 상기 고정부를 연결하는 연결부재를 포함한다.
