The present invention relates to a semiconductor element and a manufacturing method thereof, and more specifically, the semiconductor element comprises: a substrate including a first region and a second region; memory transistors disposed on the first region; a first wiring layer disposed on the memory transistors, and including first wirings; and a second wiring layer disposed on the first wiring layer, and including second wirings. The second wirings include a first line and a second line having a width smaller than the first line.
