Summary:The present invention provides an Fe-based nanocrystalline alloy with low loss. According to an embodiment of the present invention, the Fe-based nanocrystalline alloy is represented by a composition formula of (Fe_(1-a)M^1_a)_(100-b-c-d-e-f-g)M^2_bB_cP_dCu_eM^3_g. M^1 is at least one element selected from a group consisting of Co and Ni. M^2 is at least one element selected from a group consisting of Nb, Mo, Zr, Ta, W, Hf, Ti, V, Cr and Mn. M^3 is at least two elements selected from a group consisting of C, Si, Al, Ga and Ge, and must include C. a, b, c, e, and g satisfy content conditions of 0<=a<=0.5, 1.5<b<=3, 10<=c<=13, 0<d<=4, 0<e<=1.5, and 8.5<=g<=12 based on atom%. 본 발명은 일 실시 형태는 (FeM)MBPCuM의 조성식으로 표현되되, 여기서, M은 Co 및 Ni로 구성되는 군에서 선택된 적어도 1종의 원소이고, M는 Nb, Mo, Zr, Ta, W, Hf, Ti, V, Cr 및 Mn으로 구성되는 군에서 선택된 적어도 1종의 원소이고, M는 C, Si, Al, Ga 및 Ge로 구성되는 군에서 선택되는 적어도 2종의 원소이되 C는 반드시 포함하며, a, b, c, e, g는 원자%를 기준으로 0≤a≤0.5, 1.5<b≤3, 10≤c≤13, 0<d≤4, 0<e≤1.5, 8.5≤g≤12의 함량 조건을 만족하는 Fe계 나노결정립 합금을 제공한다.
