The present invention relates to a composition for inducing the maturation of immature dendritic cells. The extract of pine needles of the present invention increases the expressions of cell surface molecules of dendritic cells such as CD80, CD86, MHC class I, and MHC class II in a concentration that does not cause cytotoxicity. Accordingly, the extract of pine needles of the present invention may be beneficially used as a composition for inducing the maturation of immature dendritic cells which enhance immune responses during various anticancer treatments. 본 발명은 미성숙수지상세포의 성숙화유도용 조성물에 대한 것으로, 보다 구체적으로는 솔잎추출물을 이용한 미성숙수지상세포의 성숙화유도용 조성물 및 성숙화유도방법에 관한 것이다.
