The present invention provides a light emitting device package including an absorption dye to satisfy a DCI-P3 standard and a light emitting device package module. According to an aspect of the present invention, the light emitting device package comprises: a light emitting device generating light; a body forming a cavity and in which a light emitting device is mounted inside the cavity; a molding material filling the cavity; and an absorption dye converting the light generated from the light emitting device, wherein the absorption dye has a peak formed within a wavelength range of 490 to 520 nm and has a full width at half maximum (FWHM) in a range of 40 to 70 nm. DCI-P3 기준을 만족하도록 흡수 색소가 포함된 발광소자 패키지 및 발광소자 패키지 모듈를 제공하고자 한다. 일 측면에 따른 발광소자 패키지는 광을 생성하는 발광 소자; 캐비티를 형성하며, 캐비티 내에 발광 소자가 실장된 몸체; 캐비티에 충진되는 몰딩재; 및 발광 소자에서 생성된 광을 변환하는 흡수 색소;를 포함하고, 흡수 색소는, 490 내지 520 nm의 파장 범위 내에서 피크가 형성되고, 반치 폭(FWHM; full width at half maximum)이 40 내지 70 nm 범위를 가지는 것을 포함한다.
