The present invention relates to the composition for a neovascularization disease diagnosis, a kit, a pharmaceutical composition for prevention and treatment of the neovascularization disease, and a method for determining the occurrence of the neovascularization disease. According to the present invention, the composition, kit, pharmaceutical composition, and method enables accurate diagnoses for the neovascularization disease and can be useful for preventing or treatment of the neovascularization disease. In addition, the composition, kit, pharmaceutical composition, and method are derived by identification of the genetic or molecular mechanism of the inflammation-mediated neovascularization diseases, thereby being useful in gene therapy or cell therapy research fields. 본 발명은 신혈관생성 질환 진단용 조성물, 키트, 신혈관생성 질환 예방 또는 치료용 약학적 조성물 및 신혈관생성 질환의 발생 여부를 측정하는 방법에 관한 것이다. 본 발명에 따른 신혈관생성 질환 진단용 조성물, 키트, 신혈관생성 질환 예방 또는 치료용 약학적 조성물 및 신혈관생성 질환의 발생 여부를 측정하는 방법을 사용할 경우, 신혈관생성 질환들에 대한 보다 명확한 진단이 가능하고, 상기 신혈관생성 질환들의 예방 또는 치료에 유용하게 활용될 수 있다. 또한, 본 발명에 따른 신혈관생성 질환 진단용 조성물, 키트, 신혈관생성 질환 예방 또는 치료용 약학적 조성물 및 신혈관생성 질환의 발생 여부를 측정하는 방법은 염증반응을 매개로 한 신혈관생성 질환에 대한 유전적 또는 분자적 매커니즘을 규명한 것으로, 상기 유전자 치료 또는 세포 치료 연구 분야에 유용하게 활용될 수 있다.
