Summary: | The present invention relates to a conductive adhesive tape and to a manufacturing method thereof, and more specifically, to a conductive adhesive tape containing compressible conductive powder, and to a manufacturing method thereof, wherein the conductive adhesive tape is manufactured by applying an adhesive, which contains a mixture obtained by mixing compressible conductive power and adhesive resin coated with a conductive metal on the outer surface thereof with a predetermined ratio, to one surface or both surfaces of a substrate having conductivity to solve a protruding phenomenon through compressible properties by pressing, so the adhesive tape can easily and evenly come in contact with an attached surface.
본 발명은 도전성 점착테이프 및 이의 제조방법에 관한 것으로, 더욱 상세하게는 외면에 도전성 금속이 코팅된 압축시 변형가능한 도전성 파우더와 점착성 수지를 일정 비율로 혼합 조성한 점착제를 전도성을 지닌 기재의 일면 또는 양면에 도포하여 도전성 점착테이프를 제조함으로써, 눌림에 의한 변형이 가능한 특성을 통해 돌출 현상을 해결하여 부착면에 점착테이프가 평면으로 용이하게 밀착되도록 한 압축시 변형가능한 도전성 파우더를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 도전성 점착테이프와 이의 제조방법에 관한 것이다. |
