Summary: | The present invention relates to a salt distilling device and method and, more specifically, to a salt distilling device and method capable of three stages of works such as salt distillation-compression-melting of uranium deposit. According to an embodiment of the present invention, the salt distilling device comprises: a vacuum distillation tower having an evaporation/melting region which is formed on an upper portion thereof and in which salt contained in a uranium deposit is evaporated and the uranium deposit is melted, and having a condensation region which is formed on a lower portion thereof and connected to the evaporation/melting region such that the evaporated salt is condensed and recovered; a distillation crucible accommodating the uranium deposit and provided in the evaporation/melting region; a pressurizing device compressing the salt-removed uranium deposit; and a molten crucible accommodating the compressed uranium deposit. According to the present invention, the method further comprises the steps of: introducing the distillation crucible accommodating the salt-containing uranium deposit into the vacuum distillation tower, and performing vacuum distillation; compressing the salt-removed uranium deposit; and melting the compressed uranium deposit to prepare an ingot.
본 발명은 염증류장치 및 방법에 관한 것으로써, 구체적으로는 우라늄 전착물의 염증류-압축-용융의 3단계 조업이 가능한 염증류장치 및 방법에 관한 것이다. 본 발명은 상부에 우라늄 전착물에 함유된 염이 증발하고 상기 우라늄 전착물이 용융되는 증발/용융영역이 형성되고, 하부에 상기 증발/용융영역과 연통되어 증발된 염이 응축 회수되는 응축영역이 형성되는 진공증류탑; 상기 우라늄 전착물이 수용되어 상기 증발/용융영역에 설치되는 증류도가니; 염이 제거된 상기 우라늄 전착물을 압축하는 가압장치; 및 압축된 상기 우라늄 전착물이 수용되는 용융도가니;를 포함한다. 또한, 본 발명은 염이 함유된 우라늄 전착물이 수용된 증류도가니를 진공증류탑의 내부에 도입하여 진공증류를 진행하는 단계; 염이 제거된 상기 우라늄 전착물을 압축하는 단계; 압축된 상기 우라늄 전착물을 용융하여 잉곳으로 제조하는 단계;를 포함한다. |
