According to an embodiment of the present invention, an electronic document transmission method of an electronic document transmission server may comprise the steps of: authenticating a user through a communication terminal of a sender and receiving a document; requesting the sender to receive the document and send a notification message to a recipient; inserting an authentication value of the recipient into the document received from the sender, converting the document into a standardized file, and extracting a hash value when the recipient of the notification message succeeds in authentication of the recipient; and accepting document confirmation or download when receiving a document confirmation request from the authenticated recipient. 본 발명의 실시 예에 따른 전자문서 전송 서버의 전자문서 전송 방법은, 발신자의 통신 단말기를 통해 본인 인증을 수행하고 문서를 전송받는 단계; 상기 발신자로부터 문서를 전송받고 수신자에게 알림 메시지를 발송할 것을 요청하는 단계; 상기 알림 메시지를 받은 수신자가 본인 인증을 성공한 경우에, 상기 수신자의 인증값을 상기 발신자로부터 전송받은 문서에 삽입하고, 상기 인증값을 삽입한 문서를 규격화된 파일로 변환하고 해시값을 추출하는 단계; 및 상기 본인 인증된 수신자로부터 문서 확인 요청을 받은 경우에 문서 확인 또는 다운로드를 승인하는 단계를 포함할 수 있다.
