Summary:According to an embodiment of the present invention, a display apparatus comprises: a display panel; a back cover for receiving the display panel; and a sound output unit having at least one sound output module arranged to overlap the display panel. The at least one sound output module includes: a support plate having a non-planar surface; and a piezoelectric element attached to the non-planar surface of the support plate and bent by the non-planar surface. Therefore, since a sound in an audible frequency area with linear characteristics can be output, the reality and immersion of a viewer viewing an image of the display apparatus can be improved. 본 출원의 예에 따른 표시 장치는, 디스플레이 패널, 디스플레이 패널을 수납하는 백 커버 및 디스플레이 패널과 중첩되도록 배치된 적어도 하나의 음향 출력 모듈을 갖는 음향 출력부를 포함하며, 적어도 하나의 음향 출력 모듈은 비평탄면을 갖는 지지 플레이트 및 지지 플레이트의 비평탄면에 부착되고, 비평탄면에 의해 굴곡진 압전 소자를 포함함으로써, 직진 특성을 갖는 가청 주파수 영역의 음향을 출력할 수 있으므로, 표시 장치의 영상을 시청하는 시청자의 현실감 및 몰입감을 향상시키는 효과가 있다.
