According to one embodiment of the present invention, an acoustic wave device comprises: a substrate having an acoustic wave generating unit formed on one surface thereof; a support unit disposed on the substrate along the periphery of the acoustic wave generating unit; a protective member coupled to the support unit and spaced apart from the acoustic wave generating unit by a predetermined distance; and at least one element embedded in the protective member. Therefore, an area and size of the acoustic wave device may be minimized. 본 발명의 일 실시예에 따른 음향파 디바이스는, 일면에 음향파 발생부가 형성된 기판, 상기 음향파 발생부의 둘레를 따라 상기 기판에 배치되는 지지부, 상기 지지부에 결합되며 상기 음향파 발생부와 소정간격 이격 배치되는 보호 부재, 및 상기 보호 부재 내에 내장되는 적어도 하나의 소자를 포함한다.
