Summary: | A device for generating the linear intensity distribution of laser radiation comprises two beam transducers (2, 3) spaced from each other, and focusing means (6a, 6b) capable of focusing laser radiation having passed through the two beam transducers (2, 3) in a linear intensity distribution. The device is designed such that the line width of the line longitudinal direction of the linear intensity distribution can be changed by changing a distance between the two beam transducers (2, 3).
레이저 방사선의 선형 강도 분포를 발생시키는 장치는 서로 이격된 2 개의 빔 변환 장치(2, 3), 및 상기 2개의 빔 변환 장치(2, 3)를 통과한 레이저 방사선을 선형 강도 분포로 포커싱할 수 있는 포커싱 수단(6a, 6b)을 포함하고, 상기 장치는 선형 강도 분포의 라인 횡 방향의 라인 폭이 상기 2 개의 빔 변환 장치(2, 3) 사이의 거리의 변경에 의해 변경될 수 있도록 설계된다. |
