According to an embodiment of the present invention, a method for calculating at least one physical quantity of a blood flow from speed information in a first direction of a blood flow comprises the steps of: obtaining first data including velocity information in a first direction of a blood flow and position information of an outer boundary line of an object at each point in the object; generating fourth data by correcting the first data to form a continuous curved surface in a three-dimensional space in which velocities in a first direction of the blood flow in any one point in the object and velocities in a first direction of the blood flow in at least one point adjacent to the one point are set as a height value in a first direction; generating fifth data by correcting fourth data in order to remove a frequency component greater than or equal to a preset frequency from waves formed by velocities in a first direction of the blood flow in any one point in the object and velocities in a first direction of the blood flow in at least one point adjacent to the one point; and calculating a speed in the second direction of the blood flow on the basis of the position information of the outer boundary line of the object and the fifth data. 본 발명의 일 실시예에 따른 혈류의 제1 방향으로의 속도 정보로부터 상기 혈류(血流)의 적어도 하나의 물리량(物理量)을 산출하는 방법은, 대상체 내의 각 지점에서 혈류의 제1 방향으로의 속도 정보를 포함하는 제1 데이터 및 상기 대상체의 외경계선의 위치 정보를 획득하는 단계; 상기 대상체 내의 어느 하나의 지점에서의 혈류의 제1 방향으로의 속도와 상기 어느 하나의 지점과 인접하는 적어도 하나의 지점에서의 혈류의 제1 방향으로의 속도들이 제1 방향으로의 속도를 높이값으로 하는 3차원 공간상에서 연속하는 곡면을 형성하도록 상기 제1 데이터를 보정하여 제4 데이터를 생성하는 단계; 상기 대상체 내의 어느 하나의 지점에서의 혈류의 제1 방향으로의 속도와 상기 어느 하나의 지점과 인접하는 적어도 하나의 지점에서의 혈류의 제1 방향으로의 속도들에 의해 형성되는 파동에서 기 설정된 주파수 이상의 주파수 성분이 제거되도록 제4 데이터를 보정하여 제5 데이터를 생성하는 단계; 및 상기 제5 데이터 및 상기 대상체의 외경계선의 위치 정보에 기초하여 상기 혈류의 제2 방향으로의 속도를 산출하는 단계;를 포함 할 수 있다.
