Summary: | The present invention relates to a high efficiency waste heat recovery ventilation system for waste heat recovery with surface mounting technology equipment, which is capable of recovering and ventilating the heat exhausted in a reflow process of surface mount technology equipment. A high efficiency waste heat recovery ventilation system for waste heat recovery with surface mounting technology equipment includes: a mounting part including a heating section for bonding a component element and a circuit of a substrate moved through a conveyor belt by heating air introduced from an outside, and a cooling section for cooling the substrate on which the component element is bonded; a duct part including a supply duct and an exhaust duct for making an inside of the mounting part communicate with an outside; a heat exchanger including a heat exchanging element for supplying outside air to the mounting part through an air supply fan by allowing the outside air to pass through the supply duct, and for passing the inside air used in the mounting part through an exhaust fan to exhaust the air through an exhaust duct; and bypass means formed in the heat exchanger to control the flow of heat through the exhaust duct. Therefore, it is possible to save energy by recycling the heat to be exhausted, and at the same time, it is possible to uniformize the bonding between the circuit of the substrate and the component element by using the recovered preheated air. In addition, it is possible to prevent the heat exchanging element from being damaged by controlling the flow of the heat of the exhaust duct through the bypass means.
본 발명은 표면 실장 기술 장비의 리플로우 공정에서 배기되는 열기를 회수하여 환기시키는 표면 실장 기술 장비 부착형 폐열 회수용 고효율 폐열회수환기시스템에 관한 것으로, 외부에서 유입되는 공기를 가열함으로써 컨베이어벨트를 통해 이동되는 기판의 회로와 부품소자를 서로 접합시키는 히팅구역과, 부품소자가 접합된 기판을 냉각시키는 냉각구역을 구성한 실장부; 상기 실장부의 내부를 외부와 연통시키는 공급덕트와 배기덕트를 구성한 덕트부; 급기팬을 통해 외부의 공기를 공급덕트를 통과시켜 실장부로 공급하고, 상기 실장부에서 사용된 내부의 열기를 배기팬을 통해 배기덕트를 통과시켜 외부로 배기하는 열교환소자를 구성한 열교환기; 상기 열교환기에 구성되어 배기덕트를 통과하는 열기의 흐름을 제어하는 바이패스수단;을 포함하여 이루어짐으로써, 배기되는 열기를 재활용하여 에너지를 절약할 수 있음과 동시에, 회수된 예열공기를 사용하여 기판의 회로와 부품소자의 접합을 균일화할 수 있으며, 상기 바이패스수단을 통한 배기덕트의 열기의 흐름을 제어하여 열교환소자의 손상을 방지할 수 있도록 된 것을 특징으로 한다. |
