Summary:The present invention relates to a removing method and apparatus of slug excrement, and more particularly, a removing method and apparatus of slug excrement to discharge slug excrement used as a food ingredient out of the body within a short time. The method to remove slug excrement of the present invention comprises the following steps: putting the alive slug on a sieve; facilitating defecation of the slug by applying vibration and water to the slug; and washing the slug from which excrement is discharged with water. 본 발명은 굼벵이의 분변 제거방법 및 제거장치에 관한 것으로서, 더욱 상세하게는 식품의 재료로 사용할 굼벵이의 분변을 짧은 시간 내에 몸 밖으로 배출시킬 수 있는 굼벵이의 분변 제거방법 및 제거장치에 관한 것이다. 본 발명의 굼벵이의 분변 제거방법은 살아있는 굼벵이를 체에 올려놓는 단계와, 굼벵이에 물과 진동을 가해 상기 굼벵이의 분변 배출을 촉진시키는 분변배출촉진단계와, 분변이 배출된 상기 굼벵이를 물로 세척하는 세척단계를 포함한다.
