Summary:An object of the present invention is to provide an apparatus for generating methane gas from organic wastes. The apparatus comprises: a waste input tank (2) into which wastes are introduced; a fermentation tank (1) in which methane gas is generated; a generator (3) operating using the methane gas; and a heater (4) for circulating the heated water (15) using the waste heat when the generator (3) is operating and heating an organic waste liquid (9) flowing through a circulation path (11) to a predetermined temperature. The circulation path (11) has an inlet (17) provided above the liquid surface (12) of the organic waste liquid (9) in the fermentation tank and flowing from an outlet (10) installed at a lower end of the fermentation tank (1). (해결 수단) 폐기물을 투입하는 폐기물 투입조(2), 메테인 가스가 발생하는 발효조(1), 이 메테인 가스를 사용하여 가동하는 발전기(3), 이 발전기(3)가 가동할 때의 폐열을 사용하여 가열된 온수(15)를 순환시켜 순환로(11)를 흐르는 유기성 폐기액(9)을 소정의 온도로 가열하는 가열기(4)를 가지고, 이 발효조(1)의 하단부에 설치한 유출구(10)로부터 흐르고 발효조 내의 유기성 폐기액(9)의 액면(12)보다 상방에 유입구(17)를 가지는 순환로(11)를 설치하고 있다.
