The present invention relates to an apparatus for removing bittern of sun salt which is for removing bittern from at least one salt sack. The apparatus for removing bittern of sun salt includes a traction body wound with at least one rope provided with a hook for hanging the salt sack at the low end. A user hangs the salt sack on the hook, wherein the hook is located above the length of the salt sack. In the embodiment of the present invention, the bittern can be removed naturally in a relatively short period of time, and salt of good quality without mineral loss can be obtained. 본 발명은 적어도 하나의 소금자루에서 간수를 제거하기 위한 천일염의 간수 제거장치에 관한 것이다. 천일염의 간수 제거장치는, 하단에 상기 소금자루를 걸 수 있는 고리를 구비한 적어도 하나의 로프가 감겨있는 견인체를 구비하며, 사용자는 상기 고리에 소금자루를 걸고, 상기 고리는 소금자루의 길이보다 더 높은 곳에 위치하는 것을 특징으로 한다. 본 발명의 실시예에서는, 자연적으로 비교적 짧은 기간에 간수를 제거할 수 있고, 미네랄이 소실되지 않은 품질이 좋은 소금을 얻을 수 있다.
