A server according to an aspect of the present invention comprises a communication part for performing communication with a user terminal and a vehicle; a storage part for storing user identification information for the user of the vehicle and personalization information corresponding to the user identification information; and a control part which determines personalization information corresponding to the user among the personalization information stored in the storage part based on a remote start command when receiving the remote start command for the vehicle transmitted from the user terminal, and a control part for transmitting the remote start command to the vehicle through the communication part. 개시된 발명의 일 실시예에 따른 서버는 사용자 단말 및 차량과의 통신을 수행하는 통신부; 상기 차량의 사용자에 대한 사용자 식별 정보와 상기 사용자 식별 정보에 대응하는 개인화 정보를 저장하는 저장부; 및 상기 통신부에서 상기 사용자 단말로부터 전송되는 상기 차량에 대한 원격시동명령을 수신하면, 상기 원격시동명령에 기초하여 상기 저장부에 저장된 개인화 정보 중 사용자에 대응하는 개인화 정보를 결정하고, 상기 결정된 개인화 정보를 상기 원격시동명령과 함께 상기 통신부를 통해 상기 차량으로 전송하는 제어부;를 포함한다.
