Abstract An organic light emitting device employing a buffer layer including an amine-based compound is disclosed. The organic light emitting device comprises: a substrate; a first electrode; a second electrode facing the first electrode; a light emission layer interposed between the first electrode and the second electrode; an electron transport layer interposed between the light emission layer and the second electrode; and a buffer layer interposed between the light emission layer and the electron transport layer. The organic light emitting device has high efficiency and long lifetime. 아민계 화합물을 포함한 버퍼층을 채용한 유기 발광 소자가 개시된다.
