Summary:An organic light emitting device employing a buffer layer including an amine-based compound is disclosed. The organic light emitting device comprises: a substrate; a first electrode; a second electrode facing the first electrode; a light emission layer interposed between the first electrode and the second electrode; an electron transport layer interposed between the light emission layer and the second electrode; and a buffer layer interposed between the light emission layer and the electron transport layer.
