The present invention relates to a sustained-release pharmaceutical composition containing ivabradine, a complex medication for treating cardiac insufficiency and angina containing a sustained-release ivabradine and a quick-release beta blocker, and a manufacturing method thereof. The sustained-release pharmaceutical composition includes: ivabradine or a salt thereof, which is pharmaceutically allowed; and at least one selected as a sustained-release agent from among fatty acid alcohol and fatty acid ester. The complex medication includes, especially, nebivolol or a salt thereof, which is pharmaceutically allowed, as a beta blocker. Dosing the complex medication once per day is able to improve medicinal compliance and sustained efficacy, and the potentiation between medicines is able to treat angina and cardiac insufficiency, especially, chronic cardiac insufficiency as well as bring an antihypertension effect, and thus enhance the effect of preventing or treating cardiovascular diseases, while reducing side effects of each of the medicines, thereby increasing patient compliance. 본 발명은 이바브라딘을 포함하는 서방성 약제학적 조성물 및 서방성 이바브라딘과 속방성 베타-차단제를 포함하는 심부전 및 협심증 치료용 복합 제제 및 이의 제조방법에 관한 것으로, 이바브라딘 또는 이의 약제학적으로 허용 가능한 염; 및 서방화 기재로서 지방산 알코올 및 지방산 에스테르로부터 선택되는 적어도 하나를 포함하는 서방성 심부전 치료용 약제학적 조성물, 그리고 베타-차단제로서 특히 네비보롤 또는 이의 약제학적으로 허용 가능한 염을 추가로 포함하는 복합 제제는 1 일 1 회 투여로 환자의 약물 준수성과 효과 지속성을 향상시킬 수 있으며, 약물 상호간 상승 작용으로 협심증과 심부전, 특히 만성 심부전에 대한 치료와 함께, 항고혈압 작용 및 이에 의한 심장혈관 질환의 예방 또는 치료 효과를 증강시키면서, 각각의 약물의 부작용을 감소시켜 환자의 순응도를 높일 수 있다.
